I did a lot of modeling and lookdev for Anchorhead for this shot, which was supposed to be dirtier and grungier than Mos Eisley. This was a shot that showed off the big kit bash of buildings we did.
Did the modeling, lookdev and lighting with these shots for anything that was 2nd story or higher, and some foreground assets too. I was elated to do this stuff since the cg sup told me I was going to own the Anchorhead shots that took place in the town.

Aerial view of a lot of kitbash stuff I modeled, and did lookdev for on the rooftop scenes. We had to extend the rooftop set pieces, as well as exactly match the existing set for the wide shots.
I did not light this shot.
So off to the sides are the set extensions we worked on. Each rooftop set piece was replicated in CG for the wide shots (next) so we could show a clear path along the rooftops.
Example of the set pieces we replicated in CG. I did modeling and lookdev on 5 of the rooftops in total, as well as some kitbash props.
I did not light this shot.
Here it is. MY building. I modeled, did the lookdev, and lighting for the foreground building. If you look closely on the bottom right, you might see my initials in the building panels.
Here it is. MY building. I modeled, did the lookdev, and lighting for the foreground / midground building. My initials are just to the right of the arch. SMO II. With my name on the building, technically I own real estate on Salee.
Another building I did the model and lookdev for, as well as some accent lighting. I did not do the final shot lighting.
With the alley Leia falls into, I modeled and did lookdev for both walls of the alley, as well as the distant buildings in this shot. I also did the final shot lighting for this sequence.
Top down of the alley. I did the modeling, lookdev, and lighting for all of these.
I did the modeling, lookdev, and lighting for all of these.
This shot was fun. I had to match exactly what the alley looked like in the next shot, which was all set piece. I did the modeling, lookdev, and lighting for this.
For this beat, outside the spire complex, I did the lighting for this shot, and a few others in the same beat.
For this beat / series of shots inside the spire complex, I did the shot lighting, layout of the spires, as well as lookdev on some small hero spires that had to match set pieces for interactive lighting.
Here I did the spire layout, lighting.

For this beat, I ended up doing the foreground cliff, as well as the background spire layout and lighting.

For this beat I mainly did the layout of the spires for the final part of the fight. Not only did the wide shots have to match with the set but also ground level shots where Vader and Obi-wan have their chat.
This slow motion jump-n-slash part I did the spire layout and the lighting as well.
This was my favorite shot I worked on, and also the first shot I did when put on the episode. I did the spire layout as well as the lighting, and modeling / lookdev on the two close up boulders.
Had the pleasure to work on Obi-wan while at ILM. I worked as an environment generalist on 3 of the episodes, including the big fight in the season finale.
